Once your payment processes, we will ship your water sampling test kit.

When you receive your kit, the documents below will be contained within:

• Chain-of-Custody – A Chain-of-Custody (COC) form must be submitted with your sample. The COC establishes a legal “paper-trail” of who handled the sample and when the sample was transferred and received.

• Soil Sampling & Shipping Instructions – These documents will give clear instructions on how to sample your soil.

• Return Shipping Label (Provided with prepaid online orders only) – A return shipping label will already be in it’s shipping sleeve. Affix the sleeve to the outside of the box when you are ready to ship the sample back to our laboratory.
